1. To enter,
   Send a text message containing the contestant number of your favorite "Rogers Wireless Most Stage Glamour Award Contestant" using your Rogers Wireless SMS-enabled device to short-code 888 before the Contest Closing Date.    To enter without sending a text message, legibly handwrite your name, address, day/evening telephone number(s), and age along with the contestant number of your favorite Rogers Wireless Most Stage Glamour Award Contestant. Mail your submission with sufficient postage to The ROGERS WIRELESS MOST STAGE GLAMOUR AWARD CONTEST, c/o Fairchild TV, Unit 3300-4151 Hazelbridge Way, Aberdeen Centre, Richmond, B.C., V6X 4J7, to be received on or before the Contest Closing Date. Alternatively, you can send your submission by fax to 604-295-6686 (Vancouver) to be received on or before the Contest Closing Date, as determined by time stamp. One (1) vote per envelope or fax.
   Among all text, mail or fax entries received by the Contest Closing Date, only entries voting for the Rogers Wireless Most Stage Glamour Award Contestant who is declared the winning Contestant will count as one (1) entry into the contest draw.
2. A random draw by a representative of Rogers Wireless ("Rogers") from all entries received and voting for the Winning Contestant of the Rogers Wireless Most Stage Glamour Award will be made at approximately 12:00 noon EDT on Jun 09, 2008 at Rogers’ offices at One Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, Ontario M4Y 2Y5. Selected entrant will be contacted by phone at the number listed on the entrant’s Rogers account, or at the number from which the text message entry originated, or at the number listed on the mail-in or fax entry.
3. If a selected entrant cannot be reached by Jun 12, 2008, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return a Release of Liability and End User Agreement as specified below, another entrant will be selected.
• 1. Entrants are eligible to win one (1) Sony Ericsson K850i wireless device having a retail value of $469.99. Phone does not include activation or airtime. Winner is responsible for all costs including but not limited to, the activation on the Rogers Wireless network. Winner must comply with Rogers Wireless Consumers Terms and Conditions and the user guide for the product and/or services.If winner is an existing Rogers Wireless customer, winner may transfer the phone to his existing Rogers Wireless line/account. No cash substitutes.
  2. Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. Rogers reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.
• To be declared a winner, selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, posed by telephone at a mutually convenient time; and may also need to return a signed release of liability, acknowledgment form. In the event the selected entrant is a minor, the entrant’s parent or legal guardian will be deemed to be the entrant who must meet all contest eligibility requirements and who may accept the prize on behalf of the minor. Contest judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes.
• By entering this contest, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, address and/or any photograph of or that may be taken in publicity carried out by Rogers and/or its advertising agencies, without further notice or compensation.
• This contest is open only to residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who are over the age of 13, except employees of Rogers Wireless Partnership, its parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, contest suppliers and judges, and those with whom they are domiciled. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
• No communications will be entered into except with selected entrants. To obtain the name of the winner or a copy of the contest rules, send a postage-paid, self-addressed envelope to ROGERS WIRELESS MOST STAGE GLAMOUR AWARD CONTEST, c/o Fairchild TV, Unit 3300-4151 Hazelbridge Way, Aberdeen Centre, Richmond, B.C., V6X 4J7, to be received on or before the Contest Closing Date.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Rogers. Rogers takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors; nor is Rogers responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this contest. All entries become the property of Rogers and will not be returned.
• Rogers is collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Contest. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide Rogers with explicit permission to do so. • By entering this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless Rogers, its advertising and promotional agencies and the contest judge(s), its affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the "Releasees") from any liability in connection with this Contest or, if declared a winner, the prize. Before being declared a winner, entrants may be required to sign and return, within a stipulated period of time, a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules, End User Agreement Terms and Conditions, and a full Liability and Publicity Release. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, place of residence, voice, statements, and photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice.
• This contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by Rogers. Contestants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules by participating in the contest. The terms of this contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.

Rogers assumes no responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Rogers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the email portion of this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Rogers reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
  2. If the identity of a text messaging entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the Rogers wireless account from which the text message was submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the Rogers wireless account from which the text message was submitted is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof of being the authorized account holder of the Rogers wireless account associated with the selected entry. All text messaging entries must be submitted from a valid Roger] wireless account that may be identified by sending a reply text message. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this contest will be the Rogers wireless network.
• By entering this contest, entrants consent that Fairchild TV and its agents shall have the right to publish or broadcast the winner’s pictures, names, addresses, voices, statements without further compensation other than the prize offered.
• Fairchild TV, and its agents shall not be responsible for any damages, injuries, accident, loss or misfortune relating to the prize.
• All decision of Fairchild TV, or of the judges appointed by Fairchild TV, with respect to all aspects of the contest are final.
• Fairchild TV reserves the right to cancel this promotion, event or contest at any time or any reason whatsoever.
• The winner will be required to sign documents releasing and indemnifying Fairchild TV, its affiliates, its directors, employee, agents and representatives from any liability in connection with the prize. If the released form is not returned within two (2) days of the date on the release, prize maybe forfeited.
