Accessibility At Fairchild TV and Talentvision

Our Approach to Improving Accessibility

Fairchild Television and Talentvision are committed to providing informative, entertaining and artistic program contents accessible by all Chinese Canadians to elevate their viewing experience. We are also committed to the principles set out in the Accessible Canada Act.

How to provide feedback:

The designated person responsible for receiving accessibility feedback is the Administration Manager.

In accordance with the Act, we will publish an Accessibility Plan on or before June 1, 2023.

Feedback Process

The purpose of the accessibility feedback process is to collect feedback from people with disabilities who may experience difficulties regarding the following areas:

  • Content accessibility (e.g. I can't find subtitles)
  • Digital accessibility (e.g. I can't use my assistive technology on the website)
  • Facilities (e.g. I can't access Fairchild TV and Talentivision facilities with my wheelchair)

Once a comment has been received, a staff member will follow up on necessary actions to be taken. If required, the person submitting the comment will be contacted by email or phone call for further investigations to help resolve the issue.

Your feedback is important to us. With the exception of anonymous feedback, we will acknowledge the receipt of all accessibility feedback.

To submit anonymous feedback, please leave the email field blank.
